Roast Potatoes 烤马铃薯

Ingredients:

1 kg potatoes

Olive oil, as needed

Salt, as needed

Black pepper, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into evenly sized pieces for uniform cooking.
  2. Place the potato chunks in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the Cooven FoodEngine, using “AirCrisp” mode at 205°C.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the basket, avoiding overlap. Air fry for 30 minutes. 
  5. Roast until golden and crispy on the outside with a soft interior. Remove and serve hot.

做法:

1. 将马铃薯洗净,切成均匀的小块,以便烘烤时受热均匀。

2. 将马铃薯块放入大碗中,加入适量橄榄油、盐和黑胡椒粉,搅拌均匀,让每块马铃薯都均匀裹上调味料。

3. 预热Cooven FoodEngine, 使用AirCrisp 模式,以205度预热。

4. 将调味好的马铃薯块平铺在篮子中,避免堆叠。烘烤 30分钟,中途可轻轻翻面确保受热均匀。

5. 烤至外皮金黄酥脆、内部软糯即可取出装盘。
