
Homemade Yogurt 自制优格
Ingredients:
1 litre of milk
200 ml of plain yogurt without additives
Instructions:
- Mix the milk and yogurt thoroughly until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a clean glass bottles and cover it loosely without sealing tightly.
- Place the bottles into the Cooven FoodEngine and set it to Sous Vide mode at 50°C for 8 hours.
- After fermentation, remove the bottles and let it cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Enjoy!

1公升 牛奶
200毫升 无添加原味优格
做法:
- 将牛奶与优格混合,搅拌均匀至完全融合。
- 将混合液倒入干净的玻璃瓶中,盖上盖子但不要完全密封。
- 放入Cooven FoodEngine, 使用Sous Vide模式,以50°C,发酵8小时。
- 发酵完成后取出,冷却至室温后放入冰箱冷藏数小时,即可享用。
